Description
The Yeh family at No. 296, Section 1, Dihua Street, used to be the leaders of the "Rice Milling Factory" in Taipei bridgehead—Yeh Kuan, Yeh Ying and his sons. They ran the traditional "Rice Milling Factory" in the late Qing Dynasty, based on the Japanese rule. According to the registration record of the "Household Survey Book", Yeh Kuan was already engaged in the "rice merchant hand-representation" industry and opened a “Jin Chun Rice Milling Factory" with relatives. It is known that Yeh Kuan was already familiar with the operation of the rice valley industry "Rice Milling Factory" when he was young. The project operated is rice milling. After the rice is harvested, it is hulled and hulled with a wind drum to turn it into coarse chaff, and then sieved through a bamboo sieve several times to become "brown rice." The “Jin Fa" industry was one of the important cases of migration from a farm to Dadaocheng during the Japanese rule.
