N2 Coffee Bike is a unique reverse-riding tricycle café that started in the Yongkang shopping district and now has two branches in Dongmen and Minsheng East Road. We specialize in crafting nitrogen cold brew coffee using freshly roasted beans meticulously cold-extracted over 42 hours. By infusing nitrogen into the coffee, we create a silky, creamy drink. When the coffee is served through a beer tap system, the release of nitrogen enhances the aroma and natural oils. Initially, the brew takes on a milk tea-like hue, and as it's poured, a mesmerizing, snow-like gradient appears, culminating in a thick, velvety foam atop the cup. This process elevates the coffee's fruity, creamy notes, creating a luxuriously smooth beverage with subtle sweetness, gentle floral undertones, and minimal bitterness.
