Situated in Banqiao, Royal House has a history of 20 years. Using local fresh beef in Taiwan and premium beef from New Zealand and Australia, as well as made to order deep-fried pork chops and chicken drumsticks weighing at least 300g, the restaurant has endowed common foods such as beef noodles, pork chop noodles (rice), and chicken drumstick noodles (rice) with different enjoyments. Besides utilizing only the freshest ingredients, the broth is stewed using an ancient recipe. The health-oriented recipe does not involve adding any MSG or artificial spices. Each seemingly ordinary dish is the culmination of skillful control of flame, seasoning, and time.
