The founder of the Restaurant, Mr. Liu, is Vietnamese Chinese. In 1975, Mr. Liu emigrated to Paris and operated a Vietnamese restaurant, “Xianglan” and in 1990, he returned to Taiwan to set up “Wei Fu Lo Restaurant.” With an interest in and passion for hospitality business as well as Vietnamese cuisine, in 2007, Mr. Liu established “Yueh Xiang Lan Delicate Cuisine Restaurant” as well as a Vietnamese baguette store to offer customers healthy, natural, nutritious, and tasty exotic cuisine.
