Taipei City Youth Development Office mainly serves the youth aged between 12 and 24, offering camps, courses, art & cultural performances, leisure & recreation and space rental. The camp/courses include Maker education, service & learning, experiential & adventure, career exploration, themed workshops and all kinds of camps. The exhibition area on Floor 1 and the Youth Art and Culture Salon on Floor 5 hold irregular showings on educational learning and club showcases. One can also buy tickets for admission to the Inline Skating Rink on Basement 1 & 2 and the Rock Climbing Gym on Floor 9. Rental spaces are also available for events organization on the Floor 1 lobby and the outdoor plaza, Floor 3 Taipei Performance Hall, Floor 4 Dance Studio, Floor 5 Pop Plaza, Floor 6 International Conference Hall and Meeting Room, and Floor 8 Live Band Experience Center. In addition, Taipei Youth Career Development Center on Floor 2 provides employment consultation and matching service. The Taipei Zhongzheng Parent-Child Center on Floor 3 offers a co-travelling, co-learning, co-sharing platform for children and families. There are peripheral services and facilities such as coffee and light meals on the Floor 1 lobby, Chinese-style cuisine on Basement 1 and parking on Basement 3 & 4.
