Xiaochunlou Food is an authentic preservation of Fuzhou traditional favorites in Taiwan. We sell buns, shaomai, luwei, fried pork ribs, and fins, with luwei (various snacks braised in sauce) being our most popular offerings. Our sauce is a blend of a dozen spices carefully balanced and improved upon over a hundred years, achieving a perfect blend of the aromas and tastes of beans, meat and soy sauce to create the winning flavor. Our snacks are complemented by our proprietary dips and everything in the store is prepared using the freshest ingredients to provide the good old taste that have lasted a century.
