Yuanye Rougeng is originally from Old Taipei Circle. The founder, Mr. Yeh, was a disciple of a chef in a famous store and established a private brand in 2016. Fresh pork leg of black pigs is used for handmade dishes; it is suggested to go for the classic three dishes, including fresh dried flounder broth, black-pig braised pork rice and Chinese cabbage stew with egg floss. In 2025, a new signboard was put on to carry the original intent of craftsmanship. A bowl of thick soup that is full of traditional Taiwanese flavor.
