 Mr. Jin-Zhang Lin, the eldest son of Master Ah Zhu from Wu Jie, established Jin Shau Ya Peanut Candy. In 1983, Jin Shau Ya Bakery and Specialty Shop opened its doors in Luodong Township, Yilan County.
Today, Mr. Ming-Yi Lin, the eldest son of Mr. Jin-Zhang Lin, carries on the family legacy as the sixth generation. In 2007, the Jin Shau Ya Taipei Store was inaugurated in Taipei. This enables the vast number of consumers in the Taipei area to relish the fragrant and non-sticky peanut candy without the need to journey to Luodong, where it has been cherished for over a century.
