Dalai Food 
Champion Minced Pork Rice 
Located in Yongkang Business District, Dalai Food has been operating for more than several decades. In pursuit of freshness, nature, good taste, and healthy ingredients, Dalai uses food ingredients coming all over Taiwan to introduce Taiwanese cuisine. 
Almost lost lost dishes including “chicken piglet belly,” “authentic assorted thickened soup,” “assorted meat ball” can be found here. Especially with simple food ingredients, minced meat rice here received two champion prizes from Taipei City (2007 and 2012) and it is called Champion Minced Meat Rice. 
Not only known for its “minced meat rice,” Dalai has been highly recommended by domestic and international media due to its use of good ingredients and good taste. For example, BBC and Asahi TV in Japan have featured Dalai and it demonstrates the best “national diplomacy.” It is touching to hear customers saying “good” and “yummy” when leaving our restaurant.
