Five years ago, a couple, known as Bandit Father and Bully Mother were just ordinary working-class individuals. Bandit Father had a regular job while Bully Mother did clothing alterations for people in an alley. By a stroke of luck, they decided to change their lives, and in a small alley on Songjiang Road, Bully Mother Braised Dishes was born.
Bully Mother Braised Dishes is not just a simple eatery but a place run with passion and emotion. The name tells a story of the hardships and tears of a mother, and the hope is that when customers step inside, they can feel like they’re coming home to experience the warmth of a mother’s love and her desire to ensure her children are well-fed. As Bully Mother grew older, two experienced chefs decided to carry on her delicious recipes and culinary skills to preserve two decades of fragrant flavors.
