I-MEI Foods Co., Ltd. was founded in 1934 (Dr. Wei-shui Chiang founded the company at the former site of the Taan Hospital in Taiheicho). Currently, the company is situated at No. 88, Sec. 2, Xinyi Rd., Taipei City. I-MEI grow from a humble bakery in Taiheicho, Taipei City into the renowned international food enterprise of today. Over the years, I-MEI has striven to produce high-quality food using down-to-earth attitude and authentic ingredients. The philosophy has proven to be well received among consumers, with IMEI products now marketed globally, accompanying the people of Taiwan through important milestones in life. Since the company was founded, I-MEI Foods Co., Ltd. has focused on “product quality and safety” by upholding 5 major principles: “Verifying the source of ingredients”, “Reviewing the cost of ingredients”, “Referring to customer list”, “Reinforcing testing capability”, and “Carrying out acceptance inspection”.
