The Baisha Bay Visitor Center of The North Coast and Guanyinshan National Scenic Area Administration Division is located to the side of the entrance to Baisha Bay. It was established in 2002 as the 11th national scenic area of the bay. The entire structure is different from regular design planning. The buliding's levels and easing slopes in series, fusing the activities of the parking lot and plaza beach, reducing the visual height of the building. It provides a rooftop lawn and platform activity space, improving the transmission of binary relationship between man, landscape, and architecture. It allows the building to merge into the landscape like tree rocks; the appearance exhibits ecological ideals.
